Kirin: dedicated to ingredients, people and flavor.

For Kirin, three things are of overriding importance in brewing beer.
First is respect for life.
Kirin considers all the ingredients alive and respects the blessings of nature.
Second is a philosophy, brewing is an art created by people.
Brewing exceptional beer takes more than exceptional technology. At the heart of our brewing stand people who are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

Third: flavor is the only standard.
Science plays an indispensable role in brewing, but ultimately it all comes down to the five human senses.
Our dedication to these three precepts makes Kirin Ichiban the quality premium beer.
